Kerbside Refuse Collection and Recycling

Collection Days

• Monday - Ohakune, Rangataua and Raetihi.
• Thursday - Taumarunui, Manunui, Mahoe, Piriaka and Kakahi.

Please Note:

• Your refuse and recycling should be at the kerbside by 7.30am on collection day.
• All recycling items go into your blue household recycling bins.
• Refuse for disposal must be in an official Ruapehu District Council green rubbish bag
• Official rubbish bags can be purchased at all Council Service Centres, Transfer Stations and local shops.
• Public Holidays - regardless of the day - it will be collected.
