Revised Rating Valuations 2011
The value of all properties within the Ruapehu District Council boundaries are reviewed as part of the three yearly valuations.
The revised Rating Valuations are effective as at 1 July 2011. Rates are levied on the new values as of 1 July 2012. Property Owners and Ratepayers were advised of the new values in a valuation notice from 28 September 2011.
