Sale of Freehold Property at Ngapakahi Road, Raetihi
Ruapehu District Council acting under instructions from the Registrar of the High Court at Hamilton pursuant to the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002 offers for sale by tender the freehold property situated at Ngapakihi Road, Raetihi, being more particularly described as an estate in fee simple in that parcel of land comprising 9,814 square meters more or less, being described as Ngapakihi 2E2A Block being the land comprised in Certificate of Title WN7C/1053 (Wellington Registry).
The property is zoned rural under the Operative District Scheme and there are no improvements on the land.
Tenders shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for Ngapakihi Road, Raetihi – Attention Mike Douglas” by 4:00pm on 29 August 2014 to the office of: The Registrar, High Court, Corner Bridge & Angelsea Streets, Hamilton 3204 (Private Bag 3060, Hamilton 3240).
