Proposed District Plan Change
(as Notified - June 2010)

Introduction

In June 2010, Council publicly notified a Plan Change to the Ruapehu District Plan 2000. The proposed Change affects all the chapters of the current District Plan, except for the Indigenous Vegetation and Habitats of Indigenous Fauna (Biodiversity) chapter.

Below is background information on the hearings process. A "marked up" version of the Plan Change, inlcuding areas which have been appealed, will be available after 22 May 2012.

Section 32 Report	This provides an evaluation of all of the proposed provisions. The Resource Management Act 1991 requires Council's to produce a Section 32 Report for all Plan Changes.	View
