This document was adopted by Council on 22 May 2012 and is available here, together with copies of the Appeals to the Environment Court.

 

 

Recommended Proposed Plan Change to the
Ruapehu District Plan

Adopted by Council - December 2011

On 9 December 2011, Council voted to approve the Independent Commissioners’ Recommendations on the Proposed Changes to the Ruapehu District Plan. The Plan Changes text as amended by Decisions, is available here, along with the Reasons for the Recommendations.

 

 

Proposed Ruapehu District Plan Change

As Notified - June 2010

In June 2010, Council publicly notified a Plan Change to the Ruapehu District Plan 2000.  The proposed Change affects all the chapters of the current District Plan, except for the Indigenous Vegetation and Habitats of Indigenous Fauna (Biodiversity) chapter.

Operative Ruapehu District Plan

Became Operative May 2000

The Ruapehu District Plan became operative in May 2000.  The document is available here.
