Proposed Plan Change to theRuapehu District PlanAppeals Version 1 - May 2012This Proposed Plan Change is due to be adopted by Council on 22 May 2012. The document will be available here after that date, together with copies of the Appeals to the Environment Court.
Recommended Proposed Plan Change to theRuapehu District PlanAdopted by Council - December 2011
On 9 December 2011, Council voted to approve the Independent Commissioners’ Recommendations on the Proposed Changes to the Ruapehu District Plan. The Plan Changes text as amended by Decisions, is available here, along with the Reasons for the Recommendations.
Proposed Ruapehu District Plan ChangeAs Notified - June 2010
In June 2010, Council publicly notified a Plan Change to the Ruapehu District Plan 2000. The proposed Change affects all the chapters of the current District Plan, except for the Indigenous Vegetation and Habitats of Indigenous Fauna (Biodiversity) chapter.
