Protection Framework status
- Effective 11:59pm 13 April 2022, Ruapehu moved to ORANGE under the COVID-19 Protection Framework.
Council services under the current settings
Anyone accessing a Council indoor public area such as an office, library or i-SITE is still required to wear a face mask.
We also ask that you continue to maintain safe distancing and hygiene practices.
There is no requirement to scan or sign-in to Council buildings.
While at the ORANGE traffic light setting Council staff who are able to work from home will continue to do so as they have been doing.
If you are able to conduct any Council business you may have online or via the phone (07 895 8188 or 06 385 8364) please do so.
Council customer facing staff in-doors will continue to be wearing face masks.
