The Sale and Supply of Alcohol (Sales on Anzac Day Morning, Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Christmas Day)
Amendment Bill received royal assent on Thursday 2 April 2026. This amendment removes the restrictions on trading on these days for ON Licences
Aside from winery premises, there are no changes to the restricted trading for OFF lLcences.
