Please note that the suggested Rates for the 2026/27 Rating Year are for modelling/ Council calculating use only and do not indicate what the Rates levy will be for the following year.

RATES REMISSIONS:
Council has a range of Rates Remissions to support ratepayers in financial hardship, Māori ancestral land, community clubs & organisations, economic development, and unused or remote properties.
