Ruapehu District Council publishes information about its water supply and wastewater services to meet legal disclosure requirements and help our communities understand how these services are funded, managed and delivered.
These requirements are set out in the Commerce Commission’s Water Services Information Disclosure Determination 2026 [2026] NZCC 3, as amended.
On this page you can find the determination and Council’s published disclosures, including information about water services charges and any applicable levies. Further disclosures will be added as reporting requirements come into effect.
Publishing this information supports transparency and accountability, helping people understand what they pay for and how Council plans, invests in and operates its water services.
