What's on the Agenda?

Full Public Business Agendas from 2015 to 2023 can be found here, and any Agendas from 2024 onwards through the Public Portal two (2) working days before any notified meeting. They will also be available for viewing by members of the public at all Council Offices, Libraries and Service Centres in the District.

Unconfirmed Minutes will be published after the meeting, and Confirmed Minutes will be available after they have been confirmed as true and correct records at the following meeting.

Subscribe to Agenda Notifications

To be notified when agendas are published, you will first need to create an account in the Civic Clerk system.

Scroll down to My Subscriptions via the link to the Public Portal, click MANAGE and then Create Account (once registered, you can log in directly). Fill out your email address, password and name (other fields are optional), before clicking SUBMIT at the bottom of the form.

All Agendas and Minutes from 2024 onwards can be accessed through the Public Portal.

The search function below provides Agendas and Minutes for the following from 2015 to 2023.

  • Ruapehu District Council (RDC).
  • Taumarunui / Ohura Ward Committee (TOWC) to September 2022.
  • Taumarunui-Ōhura Community Board (TOCB) from October 2022.
  • National Park Community Board (NPCB).to September 2022.
  • Ōwhango-National Park Community Board (ONPCB) from October 2022.
  • Waimarino-Waiouru Community Board (WWCB).
  • Ruapehu District Māori Council (RDMC).
  • Risk and Assurance Committee.

Agendas and Minutes beyond 2015 for these governance groups are available on request.

Please note, Council meetings do not take place during January or July.
