District Strategies

A strategy is a comprehensive plan that outlines how Council intends to achieve its long-term goals and objectives. Strategies are crucial in providing direction and focus helping to align the efforts of different departments towards common goals, maximise resource utilization, and enhance decision-making. A well-defined strategy enables Council to adapt to changing conditions and identify opportunities and risks.
